How to pack

Box Assembly

• 1. Bend the small flaps over first.
• 2. Bend the large flaps over second.
• 3. Tape the large flaps down securely.
• 4. The large flaps should cover the small flaps.

Padding

• 1. All solid items must have at least 5cm padding on all sides before being packed.

Packing Boxes

• 1. Leave no unused space for movement. Pack full.
• 2. If your box rattles when shaken, it's not ready.
• 3. Pack small/delicate items into smaller boxes.

Glassware and crockery

• 1. At least 5cm padding on all sides of every item.
• 2. At least 5cm padding between all items.

Electricals

• 1. At least 5cm padding on all sides of every item.
• 2. At least 5cm padding between all items.
• 3. If possible, use original packaging.
• 4. Remove ink cartridges and toner from printers.
• 5. We do not store scanners or printer/scanners.

Paperwork and files

• Use our book boxes:
• 1. Ideal size for A4 folders.
• 2. Very strong.

Liquids?

• We cannot store or ship liquids of ANY kind. This includes:
• 1. Shampoo, toiletries, nail varnish, creams, liquid beauty products, contact lens fluid.
• 2. Food/drink products.
• 3. Printer ink and toner cartridges.
• 4. Oil, fuel aerosols.

Food products?

• We cannot store or ship food/edible products of ANY kind. This includes:
• 1. Pasta, grains, seeds, noodles, protein power
• 2. Dried foods, spices, and herbs.
• 3. Fresh foods.
• 4. Meat, vegetables, plants, fish, cured meats.

Jewelry and collectibles?

• We cannot insure jewelry and collectibles
• 1. Watches, bracelets, necklaces, rings.
• 2. Antiques, portraits.
• 3. Works of art.
• 4. Money

Combustibles?

• We cannot store, transport, or ship combustibles:
• 1. Fuels, liquid or solid.
• 2. Lighters, empty or full.
• 3. Aerosols.
• 4. Gas canisters.

Batteries?

• We cannot store, transport, or ship batteries:
• 1. Laptop batteries.
• 2. Devices with inbuilt batteries.
• 3. Generic batteries.
• 4. Camera, phone, etc batteries.

Drugs?

• We cannot store, transport, or ship drugs for obvious reasons.

Remains?

• We cannot store, transport, or ship human or animal remains.
